To be honest I didn’t really know much about insurance brokers until these guys came on board. They are seriously AMAZING. I would never get any insurance policy now without the assistance of Newcastle Insurance Group. With 1 phone call I saved over $100 per month on my basic insurances thanks to Gavin. I now have him looking at my Travel Insurance and have recommended 2 friends call him at Newcastle Insurance Group. The benefits don't stop there, If you need to claim, Gavin does the work for you. One of the best phone calls i've made. Don't waste your time on Insurance Comparison Websites...... just call Gavin.

Every year we looked forward to renewing our Business Insurances with as much excitement as attending a funeral. There were always issues and many declines to offer quotes simply because we work in the Healthcare Industry. However, two years ago Newcastle Insurance Group was recommended to us and now I can truly say that we no longer look forward to renewing our insurances with trepidation. Gavin and his team take care of all the negotiations and paperwork and make sure that we are getting the best value we can. I, in turn can concentrate on running my business with one less frustration.

Thank you to Gavin from Newcastle Insurance Group. You've been brilliant to deal with! You've helped us identify the shortfalls we had in our insurance and provided us with recommendations to better suit our needs on a number of occasions. We thought we were doing the right thing by having insurance, but when we spoke to Gavin, there were things with 'thought' we were covered for that we weren't. It's definitely worth while calling him for a chat. We now have peace of mind our insurance covers our homes in line with our expectations. Also, when we suffered damage to our home due to a storm, he got onto it right away for us!

Our long term Business insurer issued us with a Professional Indemnity renewal that had almost doubled in price and advised us that there were no other options available to us. Not happy with this answer we reached out to Gavin at Newcastle Insurance Group for a second opinion. Gavin was able to save us a staggering $20k on our PI Policy and another $6k from our vehicle policy! We haven’t looked back and Gavin now takes care of all of our business insurance needs. His professionalism, market knowledge and attention to detail has been very reassuring to us. We really appreciate that Gavin takes the time to go to market for each insurance renewal and is always looking for a more efficient and cost effective way to renew.

When our insurance policy was up for renewal, not only was I keen to save some money but to ensure that we were covered and paying for cover that was relevant to our needs. I have had my business insurances with Newcaslte Insurance Group for 4-5 years now.
